Return and Exchange Policy

Eligible Items
All items are returnable or exchangeable except for accessories, surgical caps, and base layers.

Requirements for Returns/Exchanges

• An original receipt is required.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
• Returns or exchanges must occur within 3 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

Special Conditions

• Stethoscopes and Discounted Items:
  • Can be returned within 3 days of purchase.
  • Can be exchanged within 5 days, adhering to all other terms.
  • Discounted items can only be exchanged for sizes or colors of the same model and brand.
  • For exchanges to different models or brands, the full price of the new item must be paid.

Process for Returns/Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Sales@scrublook.com with your order number and details of the items.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original bank account used at the time of purchase after we receive and confirm the returned item meets our policy conditions.

Shipping Charges

• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• In the case of free shipping, any order modifications or cancellations will incur a fee of 30 SR.
