About Shipping

All shipments have to be delivered to a physical address. No P.O.Box will be accepted

Note : in order to facilitate the delivery process, make sure to write your district, house number, street name, city, and your mobile number :

1- Shipping confirmation :you will receive your shipping confirmation email with the tracking number after we process the order and receive the payment. note all shipping confirmations will be sent during business hours, Sun – Thu 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

2- Shipping time :  Usually it takes 2-5 business days for main Cities, 7-14 Days for Small Cities 

after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

3- Shipping cost : All shipments inside Saudi Arabia will cost 30 SR . International shipments will be calculated automatically during the check-

4- Note : in case of free shipping, Any order modification or cancelation will be charge of 30 SR.-
